We collect the following information:

Account Information: Name, email address (via Google/Microsoft SSO)
Usage Data: Notes you create, clients you track
Technical Data: Browser type, extension version

We do NOT collect: passwords, browsing history beyond detected domains, or any data from pages where Notivo is not active.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely for:

Providing the Notivo service (storing and syncing notes)
Authenticating your account
Improving our product (aggregate, anonymized analytics)
Communicating with you about your account

4. Data Storage and Security

Your notes are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. Data is protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring only your organization can access your data. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, secure authentication, and regular security audits.

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties except:

With your team members within your organization workspace
With our service providers (Supabase) under strict data protection agreements
If required by law with proper legal authority
