Installation Guide

    Download the extension

    Get Notivo from the Chrome Web Store (coming soon).

  2. 2

    Sign in

    Click the extension icon and sign in with Google or Microsoft.

  3. 3

    Create your workspace

    Your organization is created automatically. Invite teammates from the options page.

  4. 4

    Start using Notivo

    Visit any client website or CRM record. Notes will appear automatically.

Troubleshooting

Extension not loading

Ensure you enabled Developer Mode in chrome://extensions and loaded the unpacked extension from the dist folder.

Notes not appearing

Check that you are signed in and the domain is detected correctly. Refresh the page if needed.

CRM detection not working

Make sure the URL matches our CRM patterns. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Dynamics are supported.

Sign-in issues

Clear browser cache and try again. If using Google SSO, ensure popup blockers are disabled.
